NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • All returns must be made within 15 days of in store purchase or 15 days from when the shipment was received
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact and receipt must be included (printed invoice is acceptable)
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions will be made on a case to case basis if receiving defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Again, please contact us within THREE business days if this applies to you. We will be happy to figure out shipping options for you.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for exchange or return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: All sale items, Gift cards, BOGO items and Pre-orders

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE:

  • We cannot guarantee specific sizes/styles for exchange due to our ever-changing inventory. If the item you would like to exchange for is unavailable, you will receive store credit for your return.
  • Note: If the item you would like to exchange for is available, you will be charged a $5 reshipping fee for ALL exchanges shipped to you.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:

      • Must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.
      • Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below)

        When mailing a return:
        Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our store!
        Please provide either the original receipt or the printed invoice from your order.

          • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return with your store credit code that may be used with your next in store or online purchase.
              • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be returned at the buyer's expense.
                  • If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us: We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 72 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 72 hours, we will donate the return to charity.
                      • Failure to meet the above criteria, the return or exchange will not be accepted under any circumstances
